Returns and refunds

We want you to keep the light that's right for you. If it isn't, here's how returns work at Gear Wizard Armory.

30-day returns

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email Sales@gearwizardarmory.com with your order number first so we can send the return address and a return authorization. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, in which case we cover it.

Defective or damaged items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Warranty

Every item we sell is a genuine Nitecore product with Nitecore's manufacturer warranty behind it. For warranty claims after the 30-day window, contact us and we'll point you to the right place and help with the claim.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders ship fast, usually within one business day. To cancel, email us as soon as possible; if the order has already shipped, it's handled as a return.
