Shipping policy

Shipping

Gear Wizard Armory sells Nitecore products. Orders ship from Nitecore's U.S. distributor, not from our own warehouse.

Where we ship

United States addresses only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO via USPS. We don't ship internationally yet.

Rates

Free shipping on orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $7.95.

Timing

Shipping times are set by the distributor and the carrier. Delivery is typically 2 to 5 business days by USPS depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Problems with a delivery

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email us within 7 days and we'll open a trace with the carrier. Damaged in transit? Email photos within 7 days and we'll replace it.
