Shipping

• Ships direct from Nitecore’s U.S. distributor in Georgia — the same warehouse that supplies Nitecore’s own U.S. store.
• Usually ships within 1 business day of your order (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• USPS, with tracking emailed to you as soon as the label is created.
• Free shipping on orders of $60 or more. Under $60, shipping is a flat $7.95.
• U.S. addresses only for now.

Returns & warranty

• 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Email Sales@gearwizardarmory.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions.
• Warranty claims are handled with Nitecore. Nitecore lights carry Nitecore’s manufacturer warranty; if something fails, email us first and we’ll get the claim started with Nitecore’s U.S. service team.
• Batteries and other consumables are covered against defects, not wear.
